1. Our service

QuickBox+ provides US package forwarding, air/sea freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and islandwide delivery to Jamaica.

2. Your account

Keep login details safe. Pre-alert every incoming package with its tracking number, store, and contents.

3. Prices & dimensional weight

Rates on this site are estimates. Air freight bills the greater of actual vs. volumetric weight ((L×W×H in inches) ÷ 139). Final charges are confirmed in the portal before dispatch.

4. Customs authority

You authorise us to act as your customs broker with Jamaica Customs, and to open/inspect packages where the law requires. Duties and GCT are set by the Jamaica Customs Agency, not by us.

5. Prohibited goods

No firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, counterfeits, or undeclared restricted items. We may refuse, return, or surrender prohibited goods at your cost.

6. Liability & insurance

Liability is limited to proven carrier loss/damage up to declared value; optional shipping insurance is offered in the portal. Report damage within 48 hours with photos.

7. Storage

Free storage applies per the published policy; daily fees after that, with notice before billing. Uncollected goods may be auctioned or disposed of per policy and law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes go first to good-faith resolution, then the courts of Jamaica.
