1. Who we are

QuickBox+ Limited (“we”) is a registered freight forwarder in Kingston, Jamaica. Contact: 12 King Street, Kingston · +1 (876) 555-0100.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, addresses), shipment data (tracking numbers, declared values, invoices), and support messages. We collect only what freight forwarding, customs clearance, and support require.

3. Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020

We follow the eight data-protection standards: lawful and fair processing, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, respect for data-subject rights, appropriate safeguards, and accountability. We are registered with the Information Commissioner.

4. Your rights

Access, correction, objection, and erasure requests: email privacy@quickboxplus.com. We respond within 30 days.

5. Sharing

We share shipment data with carriers, Jamaica Customs, and payment processors — only as needed to move and clear your goods. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention & security

Shipping records are kept as required by customs and tax law, then deleted or anonymised. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

7. Breach notification

If a breach risks your rights, we notify you and the Information Commissioner without undue delay.
